Screams,
Throws picture to the floor
While humanity beams

The hat on his head
The hair over his eyes
Both Hiding something notorious
A disgrace to societal lies

The mark upon his fore
An upside-down cross
Never seen before
A mark of pain and loss

A loss of love profligate
A loss of love at his emergence
No reason for her hate
To maternal love, discordance

Constant hiding
Happiness and content:
Never abiding.
This is his lament.

Rips off the hat,
Cuts his hair
They will see him,
He will be there

Accept, but never fear.
It is not him you hate
It is the lies they feed you,
Upon a willful slate

You eat the food as he cannot
He is the poison
To the religious lot

He once did not understand
The reason for ostracism
But never once has he laid a hand
Upon your silly monasticism

Take his pain to heart
Hate him for none
Tear his world apart
As your parent's have done

Never individual thought
For moral or belief
Individualism is fought
The reason for his grief
